With production on James Cameron’s Avatar sequels set to get underway this September, we now have word on another returning cast member for the four movies, with CCH Pounder set to reprise her role as Moat, the spiritual leader of the Omatikaya Clan.
Pounder becomes the latest returning Avatar cast member to sign on for the sequels after Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Joel David Moore, Stephen Lang and Sigourney Weaver, while Oona Chaplin (Game of Thrones) and Cliff Curtis (Fear the Walking Dead) are new additions to the world of Pandora.

Avatar 2 will open on December 18th 2020, followed by Avatar 3 on December 17th 2021, Avatar 4 on December 20th 2024 and Avatar 5 on December 19th 2025.
