Festival favourite Eighth Grade gets a poster and trailer

March 19, 2018 by Amie Cranswick

A24 has debuted the first poster and trailer for writer-director Bo Burnham’s upcoming comedy drama Eighth Grade. The film made its world premiere in January at the Sundance Film Festival, receiving critical acclaim, and features a cast that includes Elsie Fisher, Josh Hamilton, Emily Robinson, Jake Ryan, and Fred Hechinger; take a look below…

Thirteen-year-old Kayla endures the tidal wave of contemporary suburban adolescence as she makes her way through the last week of middle school—the end of her thus far disastrous eighth grade year—before she begins high school.

Eighth Grade is set for release on July 13th.
