The Predator trailer is coming soon and reshoots have been confirmed by its writer

Co-writer of The Predator, Fred Dekker, has confirmed reshoots for the film and announced that a trailer is coming soon.

20th Century Fox haven’t revealed an awful lot about the latest film in the long lasting Predator franchise as yet but the good news is that its September release date is fast approaching.

Fred Dekker, who has co-written the film with director Shane Black, has now confirmed that reshoots are currently underway for the film in Canada, posting to his Facebook page:

“Hello, all. Currently in Vancouver shooting some touch-ups for our little movie. I can’t tell you what’s beyond this fence… except to say the body count is alarming.

“THE HUNT BEGINS ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2018.”

Dekker also excited fans by announcing that a trailer for the film is right around the corner, saying beneath the post that: “a teaser trailer will be coming soon”.

The Predator is set for release on September 14, 2018 release and features a cast that includes Boyd Holbrook (Logan), Trevante Rhodes (Moonlight), Thomas Jane (The Punisher), Augusto Aguilera (The Fifth Man), Jacob Tremblay (Room) Sterling K. Brown (This is Us, The People v. O.J. Simpson), Keegan-Michael Key (Key & Peele), Olivia Munn (X-Men: Apocalypse), Alfie Allen (Game of Thrones), Yvonne Strahovski (Chuck), Edward James Olmos (Battlestar Galactica) and Jake Busey (From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series).
