The Sisters Brothers gets a first poster

Following the release of first trailer for The Sisters Brothers earlier this week [watch it here], a poster has now arrived online for writer-director Jacques Audiard’s (Dheepan) upcoming dark comedy western which stars Joaquin Phoenix, John C. Reilly, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Riz Ahmed; check it out here…

Based on Patrick Dewitt’s acclaimed novel of the same name, follows two brothers – Eli and Charlie Sisters – who are hired to kill a prospector who has stolen from their boss. The story, a genre-hybrid with comedic elements, takes place in Oregon in 1851.

The Sisters Brothers is scheduled for release later this year.
