UK trailer for Michel Hazanavicius’ Jean-Luc Godard film Redoubtable

With the film set to open in UK cinemas this coming Friday, Thunderbird Releasing has unveiled a new trailer for Redoubtable, the latest offering from Oscar-nominated filmmaker Michel Hazanavicius (The Artist).

Redoubtable  follows iconic French New Wave director Jean-Luc Godard (Louis Garrel) the leading filmmaker of his generation. He’s shooting La Chinoise with the woman he loves, Anne Wiazemsky (Stacy Martin), 20 years his junior. They are happy, attractive and in love. But the film’s reception unleashes a profound self-examination in Jean-Luc…

Redoubtable opens in UK cinemas on Friday, May 11th.
