Timothee Chalamet struggles with addiction in Beautiful Boy trailer

Amazon Studios has released a new poster and trailer for director Felix Van Groeningen’s upcoming drama Beautiful Boy. An adaptation of David and Nic Sheff’s memoirs, the film stars Oscar nominees Steve Carell and Timothee Chalamet alongside Maura Tierney, Amy Ryan, Kaitlyn Dever, Christian Convery, Oakley Bull, Stefanie Scott, Julian Works, Kue Lawrence, Jack Dylan Grazer, Ricky Low, Amy Forsyth, and Andre Royo; take a look below…

Based on the memoir “Beautiful Boy” by David Sheff and “Tweak” by his son, Nic Sheff, Beautiful Boy chronicles the heartbreaking and inspiring experience of survival and recovery in a family coping with addiction over many years.
