The BBC has released four first look images from its upcoming small screen adaptation of Victor Hugo’s classic novel Les Miserables featuring Dominic West as Jean Valjean, Lily Collins as Fantine, and David Oyelowo as Javert; take a look here…
The six part drama is set to air on BBC One in 2019 and features a cast that also includes Ellie Bamber as Cosette, Adeel Akhtar and Olivia Colman as Cosette’s guardians Monsieur and Madame Thénardier, Erin Kellyman as Éponine Thénardier, Alex Jarrett as Azelma Thénardier, Josh O’Connor as Marius Pontmercy, Turlough Convery as Grantaire, and Archie Madekwe as Courfeyrac.
