He’s back again, as Arnold Schwarzenegger begins filming Terminator 6

July 31, 2018 by Gary Collinson

Director Tim Miller (Deadpool) kicked off production on the James Cameron-produced sixth instalment of the Terminator franchise last month, with a few set photos already popping up featuring the returning Linda Hamilton as Sarah Connor, along with Mackenzie Davis’ (Blade Runner 2049) as yet-unrevealed character.

Well, Hamilton has now been joined on the Budapest set by her The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day co-star Arnold Schwarzenegger, with the actor revealing in a video (via The Terminator Fans) that he is currently shooting scenes for the as-yet-untitled film.

Plot details for the new Terminator are being kept under wraps, but we do know that it will serve as a direct sequel to the first two movies, ignoring the events of the last three sequels.

In addition to Schwarzenegger, Hamilton and Davis, the film also stars Diego Boneta (Pretty Little Liars), Natalia Reyes (Lady) and Gabriel Luna (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), with the latter taking on the role of a new Terminator.

Terminator 6 is set to hit theaters on November 22nd, 2019.
