Watch the trailer for thriller The Neighborhood Nightmare

Coinciding with its VOD release this coming Tuesday, a trailer has arrived online for writer-director Jake Helgren’s thriller The Neighborhood Nightmare which stars Julie McNiven, Courtney Grosbeck, Matt Raimo, Trevor Donovan, Trevor St. John, and Helena Mattsson; watch it here…

Lindsay Porter (Julie McNiven), a divorced single mom to Jamie (Courtney Grosbeck), lives in a quiet town where she heads up the Community Watch Program and is friends with many of her neighbors, including the security guard Barrett (Matt Raimo). Ready to let a new man into her life, Lindsay falls for the new single man on the block, Stephen (Trevor Donovan), and the two quickly enter into a relationship. Soon after, the people around Lindsay start getting murdered with all signs leading to Stephen. When Barrett’s love obsession with Lindsay rises to the surface, a vicious love triangle ensues between Stephen, Barrett and Lindsay with deadly consequences.

The Neighborhood Nightmare is set for a VOD release on July 10th.
