The Pick of the Flicks Podcast #10 – Sink writer-director Mark Gillis on It’s a Wonderful Life

October 10, 2018 by Tom Beasley

On The Pick of the Flicks Podcast, a different guest drops in every week to chat about their favourite movie. This week, filmmaker Mark Gillis discusses festive classic It’s a Wonderful Life…

This week, the guest is Mark Gillis, whose new movie Sink arrives in UK cinemas this week, telling the story of a working class man driven into severe hardship by a series of unfortunate events driven by politics and bad luck. As well as that, he talks about the festive classic It’s a Wonderful Life and, for some reason, everyone gets through the podcast without crying.
