December 18, 2018 by Andrew Newton

With Kingdom Hearts III upcoming release on 29th January, Square Enix has released a brand new trailer that sets the scene for the unexpected events that begin to unfold in the Disney worlds.  The trailer shows the huge amount of characters who will be making an appearance in the game, including Captain Jack Sparrow, Ratatouille, Mikey and Sully and many more, and features excerpts from the game’s soundtrack.  Watch this all new trailer below…

In Kingdom Hearts III the Disney worlds are in turmoil thanks to the devastating actions of the enemy and their dark ambitions.  Players will follows the adventure of Sora, a Keyblade wielder, as he travels through many of the well known Disney worlds on a quest to stop the Heartless invasion.  Accompanied by his friends Donald Duck and Goofy, Sora needs to travel through the different Disney worlds to seal every keyhole to restore peace in the realms.

With heroic action, beloved Disney characters and exciting battles, Kingdom Hearts III promises to be a Disney adventure of a lifetime.

As unexpected events begin to unfold in the Disney worlds at the hands of the enemy’s dark ambitions, the heroic trio of Sora, Donald, and Goofy find adventures ahead—from aquatic battles in the world of Pirates of the Caribbean to dances with the townspeople in the Kingdom of Corona from Tangled. We also get a first look at Stitch from Lilo and Stitch, a cooking-themed Ratatouille Keyblade, conversations involving Organization XIII members, and a glimpse at Kairi wielding a Keyblade!

Kingdom Hearts III will be available for Xbox One and Playstation 4 on 29th January.
