First posters for Dora the Explorer movie Dora and the Lost City of Gold

With the first trailer set to arrive this Saturday, two posters have been released for the upcoming live-action Dora the Explorer movie adaptation Dora and the Lost City of Gold featuring Isabela Moner (Transformers: The Last Knight, Instant Family) as the title character; check them out here…

Having spent most of her life exploring the jungle with her parents, nothing could prepare Dora (Isabela Moner) for her most dangerous adventure ever – High School. Always the explorer, Dora quickly finds herself leading Boots (her best friend, a monkey), Diego (Jeffrey Wahlberg), a mysterious jungle inhabitant (Eugenio Derbez), and a rag tag group of teens on a live-action adventure to save her parents (Eva Longoria, Michael Peña) and solve the impossible mystery behind a lost city of gold.

Dora and the Lost City of Gold is set for release on August 2nd and sees Isabela Moner taking on the title role of Dora alongside Jeffrey Wahlberg (Future World) as Diego, Michael Pena (Ant-Man and the Wasp) as Cole Marquez, Eva Longoria (Dog Days) as Elena Marquez, Benicio del Toro (Sicario) as Swiper, Nicholas Coombe (Midnight Sun) as Randy, Madeleine Madden (Picnic at Hanging Rock) as Sammy, Adriana Barraza (Babel) as Abuelita Valerie, Temuera Morrison (Aquaman) as Powell and Danny Trejo (Machete) as Boots.
