Genndy Tartakovsky’s Primal gets a trailer and series order

Samurai Jack and Dexter’s Laboratory creator Genndy Tartakovsky is returning to the small screen for with a brand new half-hour animated show entitled Primal, which has received a series order from Adult Swim. Check out the first trailer here…

Primal follows a caveman at the dawn of evolution and a dinosaur on the brink of extinction. Bonded by tragedy, their unlikely friendship becomes the only hope of survival in a violent, primordial world.

The series reunites Tartakovsky with Adult Swim, which aired the critically acclaimed fifth and final season of Samurai Jack back in 2017.
