Arrow’s final season gets a Comic-Con sizzle reel

July 21, 2019 by Ricky Church

As Arrow preps for its final season, fans got a look at the upcoming season during the show’s panel at the San Diego Comic-Con with the release of a season eight sizzle reel, which we have for you below…

The final season will have a much shorter episode count as it will only last for 8 episodes, culminating in the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover with the other Arrowverse shows on The CW.

There will be a couple big changes for fans as the final season begins. Longtime cast member Emily Bett Rickards left the show prior to the start of Season 8’s production and will not appear as Felicity Smoak. It was also announced recently Katherine McNamara, who had a recurring role in Season 7 as Oliver Queen and Felicty’s daughter Mia Smoak in the flashforwards, has been upped to a series regular for the final season, as has Ben Lewis, who portrays William ‘Will’ Clayton’.

Watch the sizzle reel here…

The shortened final season of Arrow is set to premiere on October 15th and the show will air on Tuesday nights alongside fellow Arrowverse series The Flash.
