September 25, 2019 by Amie Cranswick

With its theatrical release a little over three weeks away, eight new character posters have been released for Sony Pictures’ upcoming comedy-horror sequel Zombieland: Double Tap featuring Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone, Abigail Breslin, Zoey Deutch, Rosario Dawson, Luke Wilson, Thomas Middleditch, and Avan Jogia; check them out below…

In the sequel, written by Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick and Dave Callaham, through comic mayhem that stretches from the White House and through the heartland, these four slayers must face off against the many new kinds of zombies that have evolved since the first movie, as well as some new human survivors. But most of all, they have to face the growing pains of their own snarky, makeshift family.

Zombieland: Double Tap is set to reunite director Ruben Fleischer with screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick and original stars Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone and Abigail Breslin, while Rosario Dawson (Luke Cage), Zoey Deutch (Flower), Avan Jogia (Now Apocalypse), Luke Wilson (Roadies) and Thomas Middleditch (Silicon Valley) have joined the cast. The film is set for release on October 18th.
