The Walt Disney Company enters the streaming arena this coming week with the launch of Disney+, a new subscription service which not only contains a wealth of movie and TV library titles from the Mouse House’s various divisions, but will also serve as the home for original content such as The Mandalorian, a slate of Marvel Studios TV series, original feature films, and much more.
Unfortunately, while our friends across the Pond will be able to enjoy everything that Disney+ has to offer from this Tuesday, that’s not the case for those of us here in the UK. However, after months of radio silence on the matter, we now have a date for the UK launch – March 31st 2020.
