Jason Momoa shares new Aquaman and Steppenwolf image from The Snyder Cut of Justice League

November 10, 2019 by Gary Collinson

After revealing recently that he’s had the good fortune to see the fabled ‘Snyder Cut’ of Justice League (and sharing his belief that the public needs to see it), Aquaman star Jason Momoa has now decided to give fans a little peek by posting a previously unseen image from the climactic battle between the League and Steppenwolf, which sees the future King of Atlantis using his trident to impale the villain. Check it out here, via Momoa’s Instagram…

We may be two years out from the release of Justice League now, but there certainly remains some strong interest from fans with regards to The Snyder Cut. Sadly for those fans however, it doesn’t seem that Warner Bros. has any plans to make it available, at least for the foreseeable future.

Justice League features Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta and Robin Wright as General Antiope, J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon, Amber Heard as Mera and Ciaran Hinds as Steppenwolf.
