John Malkovich is The New Pope in new teaser trailer for The Young Pope follow-up

HBO has released a new teaser trailer for The New Pope, director Paolo Sorrentino’s hotly-anticipated follow-up to his acclaimed drama series The Young Pope, which focuses on John Malkovich’s Sir John Brannox, who is set to succeed Jude Law’s Pope Pius XIII as Pope John Paul III; watch it here…

The New Pope sees Jude Law, Silvio Orlando, Javier Cámara, Cécile de France, Ludivine Sagnier and Maurizio Lombardi returning to their roles alongside new cast additions John Malkovich, Henry Goodman, Ulrich Thomsen, Mark Ivanir, Yuliya Snigir and Massimo Ghini. Sharon Stone and Marilyn Manson.
