Lionsgate has released a poster and trailer for the upcoming thriller Run. Directed by Aneesh Chaganty, the film stars Keira Allen as Chloe, a teenager raised in isolation since who begins to suspect her mother (Sarah Paulson) is hiding a dark secret; take a look here…
