American Horror Story creator teases beach setting for season 10

May 28, 2020 by Liam Waddington

Recently, it was announced the upcoming tenth season of American Horror Story, which was scheduled to air in October, has been delayed to 2021 due to a halt in production. However, that isn’t stopping creator Ryan Murphy from teasing the theme for the next season.

Murphy took to Instagram to provide fans with another clue regarding the season’s theme – which consisted of a coastline/beach setting. This beach theme coincides with Murphy’s previous promo image tease a couple of months ago where he captioned, “things are beginning to wash up on shore,” with an image of someone clawing their way onto the shore – so it could potentially be beach/aquatic horror.

While the theme hasn’t been officially confirmed as of right now, the cast for the upcoming tenth season is set to include American Horror Story regulars Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, Billie Lourd, Finn Wittrock, Lily Rabe, Leslie Grossman, Adina Porter, and Angelica Ross, with Macaulay Culkin being the newest addition.

Are you looking forward to the tenth season of American Horror Story? Do you think the theme will be beach/aquatic horror? Let us know in the comments below or tweet us @flickeringmyth…
