Latest trailer for Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath reveals RoboCop gameplay

May 14, 2020 by Andrew Newton

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios have released a new trailer for Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath focusing on the new characters, including Robocop, that will be arriving with the upcoming expansion on 26th May.  Watch this latest trailer below….

This new trailer provides an in-depth look at Fujin, Sheeva and RoboCop, the three new fighters who will be joining the roster in the new expansion.  The trailer also features the new Dead Pool, Soul Chamber, Kronika’s Keep and RetroKade Stages plus a number of Stage Fatalities.

The three new combatants are:

Fujin – The God of Wind, brother to Raiden and a Protector of Earthrealm.  A staunch defender of all that is good, Fujin uses a sword and crossbow in combat as well as a variety of wind based attacks.

Sheeva – The queen of Outworld’s ancient Shokan race and a powerful four-armed, half-human, half-dragon.  This master brawler is a heavy hitter, using her grappling fighting style, her faithful shield and unblockable teleport stomp to pound her opponents into submission.

Robocop – A highly advanced cybernetic police officer whose primary objectives is to protect the innocent and uphold the law.  Old Robocop has been a bit upgraded since the movies and as well as his Auto 9 pistol he will also use a flamethrower, riot shield and shoulder cannon that can utilise various types of ammunition.  This hero of law enforcement is voiced by Peter Weller, the actor who played the fan-favourite character in both the original 1987 RoboCop film and the RoboCop 2 sequel in 1990.

Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath expansion can be pre-ordered now and will release on 26th May.
