Regina Hall latest to join Nine Perfect Strangers

August 6, 2020 by Ricky Church

The cast of Hulu’s upcoming Nine Perfect Strangers adaptation continues to grow with Deadline reporting Regina Hall (Girls Trip) is the latest to join the series.

Hall will play Carmen, one of the nine strangers. The series is based off Big Little Lies author Liane Moriarty’s 2018 novel.  Hall joins a cast that includes Nicole Kidman (Big Little Lies), Melissa McCarthy (The Kitchen), Luke Evans (Beauty and the Beast), Samara Weaving (Ready or Not), Tiffany Boone (Hunters), Manny Jacinto (The Good Place), Melvin Gregg (The Way Back), Grace Van Patten (Good Posture) and Michael Shannon (Knives Out).

Nine Perfect Strangers takes place in “a boutique health-and-wellness resort that promises healing and transformation as nine stressed city dwellers try to get on a path to a better way of living. Watching over them during this ten-day retreat is the resort’s director Masha (Kidman), a woman on a mission to reinvigorate their tired minds and bodies. However, these nine ‘perfect’ strangers have no idea what is about to hit them.”
