Death Stranding and Cyberpunk 2077 crossover arrives on PC

December 17, 2020 by Andrew Newton

Kojima Productions’ has joined forces with CD Projekt Red to bring Cyberpunk 2077 into the universe of the critically acclaimed Death Stranding exclusively on PC.  This crossover will bring themed missions, equipment and aesthetic items to players to enjoy.  See more of the crossover content in the trailer below…

Death Stranding players on PC are now able to access a range of exclusive new missions that feature some of the characters and lore from CD Projekt Red’s mind-blowing game, Cyberpunk 2077, and also introduces a new Hacking function that allows Sam Bridges to target enemy machines and apply negative status effects. These hacks can prevent Mule sensor poles from activating for a period of time, stun Odradeks and short circuit Mule trucks.

There are several themed unlockable items that can be added to Bridges’ arsenal, and include a Cyberpunk 2077 themed Reverse Trike vehicle, the “Johnny Arm” modelled after Johnny Silverhand’s robotic arm (this can be equipped and used in game), new holograms and a “Trauma Team” floating vehicle hologram and an assortment of fashion items such as Johnny Silverhand’s sunglasses.

Enjoy the Death Stranding / Cyberpunk 2077 crossover now.
