The Essential Movies of David Fincher

Dan Sareen presents David Fincher’s best movies…

Few would have predicted David Fincher rising to the top of a greatest filmmakers of all time list. After all, this was the guy who started off doing commercials and (through heavy studio interference) botched his blockbuster debut with Alien 3.

And yet, things turned around for the better. Throughout the 1990s, 2000s, and now 2010s, Fincher has established himself as an auteur in Hollywood, helming movies that are superbly crafted and tell intriguing stories about the state of our world. From Se7en to Fight Club to the currently released Mank, we thought we’d take a look at what we consider to be his best flicks of all time.
