J.B. Smoove confirms Spider-Man: No Way Home return

May 2, 2021 by Gary Collinson

Although we’re yet to get any kind of official casting reveal for Spider-Man: Far From Home, we have word on another familiar face who’ll be popping up for Tom Holland’s third solo adventure with J.B. Smoove confirming his return as Midtown teacher Julius Dell.

“I don’t know how many people have done it, but you know I’m in both universes, the Marvel Universe, and the DC Universe,” said Smoove during an appearing on The Daily Zeitgeist podcast where he was discussing his voice role as Frank the Plant in the animated Harley Quinn series on HBO Max. “Marvel universe with Spider-Man: Far From Home, and I just did the new Spider-Man.”

It’s unclear whether Mr. Dell will be joined by fellow teacher Mr. Harrington (Martin Starr), but we do know that Hannibal Buress will be making another appearance as Coach Wilson.
