May 12, 2021 by Liam Waddington

As reported by Variety, Marvel Studios’ upcoming Disney+ series Ms. Marvel has wrapped filming after finishing up shooting two of its six episodes in Thailand following a filming stint in Georgia, U.S.

The six-part series will follow Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel, a New Jersey-raised teenager who discovers that she has special powers with her character arc focusing on finding out who she is and learning about relationships. While specific plot details are being kept under wraps, the series will most likely tie in with the upcoming Captain Marvel sequel, which was recently revealed to be titled, The Marvels, as well as potentially providing details on the next adventure of Brie Larson’s Carol Danvers.
