Apple TV+ shares trailer for musical comedy series Schmidagoon! starring Cecily Strong and Keegan-Michael Key

Apple TV+ has released a trailer and images for the musical comedy series Schmigadoon!, which stars Cecily Strong and Keegan-Michael Key as a couple who stumble across a magical town living in a 1940s musical while on a backpacking trip; check them out here…

A parody of iconic Golden Age musicals, “Schmigadoon!” stars Strong and Key as a couple on a backpacking trip designed to reinvigorate their relationship who discover a magical town living in a 1940s musical. They then learn that they can’t leave until they find “true love.”

Joining Strong and Key in the cast are Alan Cumming, Kristin Chenoweth, Aaron Tveit, Dove Cameron, Ariana DeBose, Fred Armisen, Jaime Camil, Jane Krakowski and Ann Harada.

Schmigadoon! premieres on July 16th on Apple TV+.
