Stranger Things casts Amybeth McNulty, Myles Truitt, Regina Ting Chen and Grace Van Dien for season 4

June 10, 2021 by Ricky Church

Hawkins is about to grow just a little larger as Netflix’s sci-fi horror series Stranger Things has added Amybeth McNulty (Anne with an E), Myles Truitt (Black Lightning), Regina Ting Chen (Queen of the South) and Grace Van Dien (The Village) to its cast. The four new additions will star in recurring roles for season four.

McNulty will be Vickie, “a cool, fast-talking band nerd who catches the eye of one of our beloved heroes.”

Truitt will play Patrick, “a Hawkins basketball star who has friends, talent, and a good life, until shocking events send his life spiraling out of control.”

Ting Chen will play Ms. Kelly, “a popular guidance counselor who cares deeply for her students—especially those struggling the most.”

Van Dien is Chrissy, “Hawkins’ High lead cheerleader and the most popular girl in school. But beneath the seemingly perfect surface lies a dark secret.”

Alongside the main cast, the four join other newcomers Robert Englund (A Nightmare on Elm Street), Tom Wlaschiha (Game of Thrones), Sherman Augustus (Into The Badlands), Mason Dye (Bosch), Nikola Djuricko (For All Mankind), Jamie Campbell Bower (Camelot), Eduardo Franco (Booksmart) and Joseph Quinn (Overlord) in the new season.

Stranger Things stars Winona Ryder as Joyce Byers, David Harbour as Chief Jim Hopper, Finn Wolfhard as Mike Wheeler, Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven, Noah Schnapp as Will Byers, Caleb McLaughlin as Lucas Sinclair, Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin Henderson, Natalia Dyer as Nancy Wheeler, Charlie Heaton as Jonathan Byers, Joe Keery as Steve Harrington, Sadie Sink as Max, Maya Hawke as Robin, Priah Ferguson as Erica Sinclair and Brett Gelman as Murray Bauman.
