A trailer and images have been released for the UK release of director Christopher Alender’s horror The Old Ways which follows Mexican-American journalist Cristina (Brigitte Kali Canales) as she is held captive deep in the Veracruz jungles by a mysterious bruja who believes she is possessed by a demon; take a look here…
Cristina, a journalist of Mexican origin, travels to her ancestral home in Veracruz to investigate a story of sorcery and healing. There, she is kidnapped by a group of locals who claim she’s the devil incarnated.
The Old Ways arrives On Demand on October 12th.
