When a horror movie strikes gold, it’s almost guaranteed a slew of increasingly worse sequels courtesy of its guaranteed box office draw. However, when a horror movie doesn’t strike a chord with audiences, it means you’re lucky to get a sequel in direct-to-DVD form with almost little marketing.

We believe things should be different- that these film series deserve a second chance to hit it big. Whether it’s with a grand follow-up or a flat-out reboot, here are a list of underrated horror franchises we want brought back courtesy of the folks at Marvelous Videos…
