Marvel’s Moon Knight, She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel first look teasers released

November 13, 2021 by Amie Cranswick

As part of the Disney+ Day celebrations, Marvel Studios has unveiled  teasers for three of its upcoming TV series:  Moon Knight starring Oscar Isaac as the titular hero; She-Hulk featuring Tatiana Maslany as She-Hulk/Jennifer Walters and Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner; and a new look at Ms. Marvel which sees Iman Vellani leading the cast as the young hero Kamala Khan; check them out here…

Moon Knight is a new globetrotting action-adventure series featuring a complex vigilante who suffers from dissociative identity disorder. The multiple identities who live inside him find themselves thrust into a deadly war of the gods against the backdrop of modern and ancient Egypt.

Moon Knight sees Isaac taking on the title role as Marc Spector, a former boxer, CIA agent, and mercenary who becomes a conduit for the Egyptian moon god Khonshu. Joining Isaac in the cast of the six-episode Disney+ series are May Calamawy (Ramy) and Ethan Hawke (First Reformed), with the latter portray the as-yet-unrevealed main villain.

She-Hulk stars Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters/She-Hulk, Ginger Gonzaga as Walter’s best friend, Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky/Abomination, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/The Hulk, and Renée Elise Goldsberry.

Ms. Marvel introduces Kamala Khan—a 16-year-old Pakistani American from Jersey City.  An aspiring artist, an avid gamer and a voracious fan-fiction scribe, she is a huge fan of the Avengers—and one in particular, Captain Marvel.  But Kamala has always struggled to find her place in the world—that is, until she gets super powers like the heroes she’s always looked up to.

Ms. Marvel sees Iman Vellani starring alongside Aramis Knight, Saagar Shaikh, Rish Shah, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, Matt Lintz, Yasmeen Fletcher, Laith Naki, Azher Usman, Travina Springer, Nimra Bucha and Laurel Marsden. Bisha K. Ali is set as co-writer and showrunner, with four directors including Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, Adil El Arbi, Billal Fallah and Meera Menon.

Look for Moon Knight,  She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel on Disney+ in 2022.
