Co-op survival horror Paranormal Hunter gets a trailer and release date

December 4, 2021 by Andrew Newton

During the UploadVR Showcase, EALoGAMES revealed they would be releasing their co-op survival horror game, Paranormal Hunter, on PC, VR, Playstation consoles and Nintendo Switch in late 2022.  PC gamers will be able to sample the game on Steam Early Access in the second quarter of 2022.  A new trailer can be seen below if you want to see more of this horror.

With Paranormal Hunter players will journey to notorious haunted locations filled with malevolent spirits to conduct paranormal investigations.  Visit dilapidated homes, long-abandoned hospitals and many more ominous sites alone or with four other players and search for clues that reveal more of the location’s tragic history and the dark spirits refusing to move on.  Finally, banish these ghosts before they spread their evil dark energy.

Use equipment such as UV lights to temporarily repel ghosts and avoid otherworldly pursuers, including terrifying spirits from Japanese folklore and horror movies and ensure you survive until the morning.  Those fortunate to do so will be able to use rewards to purchase additional equipment.

“We are pleased to announce Paranormal Hunter for consoles, PC and VR headsets,” said Takatoshi Tatsumi founder, EALoGames. “Although seeking out the supernatural is a daunting experience, playing with teams of friends makes searching for spirits as fun as it is frightening!”

Paranormal Hunter will be on Steam Early Access in quarter 2 of 2022 and release on Playstation consoles, Nintendo Switch, VR and PC in late 2022.
