Uncork’d Entertainment has released a trailer, poster and images for the upcoming action thriller Lockdown (formerly titled COVID-19: Invasion) starring pro wrestling legend Kevin Nash which sees Big Sexy leading an angry militia looking to slow the spread of a deadly coronavirus by culling the homeless population seeking shelter in a deserted high school. An action-thriller in the vein of the John Wick and Equalizer film series, the film tells of an angry mob, fed up with a deadly virus that has wiped out most of the population, that attack a school to rid their city of those they suspect are spreading the disease. One man must rescue his sister and fight his way out, against the armed militia.
Written and directed by Micah Lyons, Lockdown stars Kevin Nash, David Ford, and Stephanie Kae Smith. It is set for release on DVD and VOD on February 1st.
