Supernatural prequel The Winchesters lands series order at The CW

May 14, 2022 by Liam Waddington

The CW has ordered a full series order for its upcoming Supernatural prequel show The Winchesters for the 2022-2023 season.

The Winchesters will follow Mary Campbell and John Winchester, the future parents of Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam (Jared Padalecki), as they meet for the first time and put it all on the line to not only save their love but the entire world.

Meg Donnelly (American Housewife) and Drake Rodger (The In Between) will play the younger versions of Mary and John and will star alongside the previously announced cast members of Nida Khurshi, Jojo Fleites, Demetria McKinney, and Biance Kajlich. Dean Winchester actor Jensen Ackles will serve as the show’s narrator.
