Smurfs Kart! racing onto Nintendo Switch

June 27, 2022 by Andrew Newton

Microids and developer Eden Games have teamed up with IMPS (the Smurfs world license holder) to bring the new Smurf racing game, Smurfs Kart!, to Nintendo Switch gamers later this year.  A set of screenshots can be seen below showing what the game is looking like so far and it’s looking pretty Smurftastic.

Eden Games have the challenge of bringing the Smurfs to life on the racetrack and they are well-known for a number of iconic racing games, including Gear.Club Unlimited, Test Drive Unlimited and V-Rally.

This upcoming dynamic racing game will feature plenty of fan’s favourite Smurfs, race as Papa Smurf, Chef Smurf or even as the blue and blond bombshell that is Smurfette, and each one has their very own kart and unique racing ability.

Players will be able to race around a colourful Smurf world solo or share in the fun and excitement with friends and family.  Though however you enjoy racing, just make sure you come first and prove who is the best Smurf racer.

Smurfs Kart! will be arriving on Nintendo Switch in both digital and retail versions this winter. In the meantime look out for more info’ coming on Smurfs Kart! in the near future.
