Trailer for horror-comedy American Carnage sees Jenna Ortega uncovering a twisted conspiracy

June 2, 2022 by Amie Cranswick

Saban Films has released a trailer, poster and images for American Carnage, the “twisted thriller-comedy” from director Diego Hallivis which centres on a group of youths – including Jenna Ortega (Scream) and Jorge Lendeborg Jr. (Bumblebee) – who uncover a horrifying conspiracy after being coerced to volunteer at an elderly care facility; check them out here…

After a governor issues an executive order to arrest the children of undocumented immigrants, the newly detained youth are offered an opportunity to have their charges dropped by volunteering to provide care to the elderly. Once inside the eldercare facility, the volunteers discover the governor and the facility’s supervisor have cooked up a horrifyingly depraved conspiracy that endangers the young and the old in this twisted thriller-comedy.

American Carnage features a cast that includes Jorge Lendeborg Jr, Jenna Ortega, Allen Maldonado, Bella Ortiz, Jorge Diaz, Yumarie Morales, Catherine McCafferty, Brett Cullen and Eric Dane.

American Carnage arrives in cinemas and digital platforms on July 15th.
