Isabelle Fuhrman’s Esther is back in Orphan: First Kill trailer

July 13, 2022 by Amie Cranswick

Paramount has debuted the first trailer, poster and images for Orphan: First Kill, the upcoming prequel 2009 horror Orphan which sees Isabelle Fuhrman reprise her role as the murderous Esther as she poses as the missing daughter of a wealthy family after escaping from a psychiatric facility in Estonia.

Esther’s terrifying saga continues in this thrilling prequel to the original and shocking horror hit, Orphan. After orchestrating a brilliant escape from an Estonian psychiatric facility, Esther travels to America by impersonating the missing daughter of a wealthy family. Yet, an unexpected twist arises that pits her against a mother who will protect her family from the murderous “child” at any cost.

Joining Isabelle Fuhrman in the cast of Orphan: First Kill are Rossif Sutherland and Julia Stiles.
