Hot Toys unleashes Vader’s Fist with Star Wars 501st Legion Clone Trooper, ARF Trooper and AT-RT

December 5, 2022 by Gary Collinson

Hot Toys is unleashing Vader’s Fist with the launch of two new sixth scale Star Wars collectible figures from the fearsome 501st Legion, including an ARF Trooper with AT-RT walker from Star Wars: The Clone Wars and a Clone Trooper as seen during the Order 66 flashback sequences from Disney+’s Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi. Check them out here…

While clone troopers were best deployed in large numbers, articulated battlefield armor such as the All Terrain Reconnaissance Transports (AT-RT) walker transformed a single clone trooper into a formidable anti-infantry unit. Designed primarily as a reconnaissance vehicle, this two-legged open-cockpit walker is nonetheless swift and heavily armed, letting a clone trooper cut through battle droids easily. Advanced Recon Force Troopers, also known as ARF Troopers, wore lighter armor for stealth and speed and often rode such walkers into battle.

Sideshow and Hot Toys are delighted to be expanding their Star Wars collectibles line today by officially presenting the amazing ARF Trooper & 501st Legion AT-RT Sixth Scale Collectible Set inspired by the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series!

The ARF Trooper figure features greatly detailed helmet and armor, a blaster rifle, a blaster pistol, a pair of binoculars, and a display base. The stunningly crafted 501st Legion AT-RT figure stands at approximately 64cm tall with the battalion’s signature blue paint application and 501 marking with weathering effects, as well as an astonishing range of articulations allowing different display poses.

Led by Captain Rex, the 501st Legion is a tight-knit squadron of clone troopers known for their strength of character and unwavering loyalty. However, when they received the treacherous Order 66 from Palpatine™, they assisted Darth Vader™ in hunting down all the Jedi present at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant™.

Sideshow and Hot Toys are delighted to present the brand new 501st Legion Clone Trooper Sixth Scale Figure for all Star Wars fans. This collectible figure is equipped with newly developed Clone Trooper helmet and armor in 501st Legion’s white and blue color design, a specialized under-suit, a heavy blaster, a blaster pistol, a thermal detonator, and a display base.
