New trailer for The Whale starring Brendan Fraser

Hot on the heels of setting a record for the biggest limited opening of 2022, A24 has shared a new trailer for director Darren Aronofsky’s acclaimed drama The Whale ahead of its wide release next week.

Based on Samuel D. Hunter’s award-winning play, the film stars Brendan Fraser as Charlie, a reclusive man attempting to reconnect with his estranged teenage daughter, played by Stranger Things’ Sadie Sink. Also featuring in the cast are Hong Chau, Ty Simpkins, and Samantha Morton.

From Darren Aronofsky comes The Whale, the story of a reclusive English teacher who attempts to reconnect with his estranged teenage daughter.
