Ryan Reynolds is joining a Boy Band for Paramount comedy

February 24, 2023 by Matt Rodgers

Clearly bitten by the singing-and-dancing bug filming seasonal comedy Spirited, Ryan Reynolds is all set to practice the art of finely-tuned choreography and getting up off a stool during a key-change for Paramount’s Boy Band.

According to The Hollywood Reporter the Deadpool actor and Wrexham Football Club owner will once again collaborate with Shawn Levy, who will produce Boy Band. Schedule permitting, Levy may also step behind the camera.  The duo have worked together on The Adam Project, Free Guy, and are currently prepping to shoot the third-instalment of the merc with the mouth.

Reynolds co-wrote the script with Me, Earl and the Dying Girl’s Jesse Andrews, and while details are scarce, Boy Band is being described as a reunion movie.
