New trailer for Apple TV+ dystopian drama Silo starring Rebecca Ferguson

April 8, 2023 by Amie Cranswick

With just a month to go until Silo premieres on Apple TV+, a new trailer has arrived online for the upcoming drama series.

Based on Hugh Howey’s bestselling trilogy of dystopian novels, the series centres on Juliette (Rebecca Ferguson), an engineer that lives in a mile-deep underground silo with the remaining 10,000 people on Earth, she begins to uncover shocking secrets behind their underground home when its residents begin dying mysteriously.

Silo is the story of the last ten thousand people on earth, their mile-deep home protecting them from the toxic and deadly world outside. However, no one knows when or why the silo was built and any who try to find out face fatal consequences. Ferguson stars as Juliette, an engineer, who seeks answers about a loved one’s murder and tumbles onto a mystery that goes far deeper than she could have ever imagined, leading her to discover that if the lies don’t kill you, the truth will.

Featuring in the cast of Silo are Rebecca Ferguson, Common, Harriet Walter, Chinaza Uche, Avi Nash, David Oyelowo, Rashida Jones, and Tim Robbins.

Silo premieres on Apple TV+ May 5th.
