Atari classic Lunar Lander returns with Lunar Lander Beyond trailer

October 10, 2023 by Andrew Newton

Atari and Dreams Uncorporated have released a new gameplay trailer for their upcoming Lunar Lander Beyond. Along with this trailer, a new Steam Next Fest demo can be enjoyed up until 16th October.  Watch the new trailer below….

Lunar Lander Beyond is a vibrant and exciting remake of the Atari classic and puts players in the role of the captain of the Pegasus Corporation flight crew. As the captain, players will guide their crew of explorers and advisors through numerous missions of extracting and delivering cargo over different moons and planets. Players will also encounter mysterious portals that hide sinister secrets.

With Dreams Uncorporated’s signature art style and narrative-rich storyline, Lunar Lander Beyond will provide players with a simulation-meets-adventure game with precise gravity flier mechanics.

Featuring:

  • Beautiful cosmic vistas in the developer’s signature hand-drawn style.
  • Beat 30 missions set over five different planets and moons, including Nueva Luna, Mars, Venus, Ganymede, and the mysterious Etimus.
  • Choose from four different customisable ships and a variety of pilot options.
  • Four different difficulty levels to choose from with the hardest, ‘Insane’, featuring permadeath.

The Lunar Lander Beyond Steam Next Fest demo is available until 16th October with a full release set for early 2024 on PC and consoles.
