Blake Lively set to join Woody Allen’s next film

May 8, 2015 by Scott J. Davis

Deadline is reporting that The Age of Adaline actress Blake Lively is set to join the cast of the new Woody Allen film, which will be released in 2016.

Lively will join Jesse Eisenberg (Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice), Kristen Stewart (Clouds of Sils Maria) and Bruce Willis (Die Hard) in the as-yet-untitled film, which is being produced by Allen’s usual team of Letty Arsonson, Edward Walson and Stephen Tenenbaum.

Allen’s latest film, Irrational Man, is set for its world premiere at next week’s Cannes Film Festival, and stars Joaquin Phoenix (Inherent Vice), Emma Stone (Birdman) and Parker Posey (A Mighty Wind). Watch the trailer here.

The Age Of Adaline opens in UK cinemas today, and is on general release in the USA now.
