May 13, 2015 by Gary Collinson

TriCoast UK has announced that the PlayStation 3 video game adaptation Heavenly Sword is finally set to arrive on these shores, with the CG-animated film set for a DVD and Digital Download release on June 15th.

A dramatic tale of revenge, ‘Heavenly Sword’ follows the story of Nariko (Anna Torv), a trained warrior who possesses a sought after blade with incredible powers. As the sword’s guardian, she must face a power-hungry ruler King Bohan (Alfred Molina) and his unyielding army, who are determined to obtain the powerful sword for themselves.

Heavenly Sword features the voices of Australian star Anna Torv (Fringe) as Nariko, Alfred Molina (Spider-Man 2) as King Bohan and Thomas Jane (The Punisher) as Loki.
