Red Dead Redemption 2 gets a new trailer

May 2, 2018 by Ricky Church

Rockstar Games has released the newest trailer for the highly anticipated video game, Red Dead Redemption 2, the sequel to the 2010 hit and third in the Red Dead series. The game is set for release on the Xbox One and Playstation 4 on October 26, 2018. Watch the trailer below…

Red Dead Redemption 2 will act as a prequel of sorts to the first game, taking place in 1899 as opposed to 1911. Players will follow Arthur Morgan and the Van de Linde gang as the age of the Wild West comes to an end due to federal agents and U.S. Marshals hunting down every known outlaw and gang. The official synopsis for the game is:

After a robbery goes badly wrong in the western town of Blackwater, Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang are forced to flee. With federal agents and the best bounty hunters in the nation massing on their heels, the gang must rob, steal and fight their way across the rugged heartland of America in order to survive. As deepening internal divisions threaten to tear the gang apart, Arthur must make a choice between his own ideals and loyalty to the gang who raised him.

Red Dead Redemption 2 will also feature an improved multiplayer experience for players to live out their Wild West fantasies.

Red Dead Redemption 2 will be released on October 26th, 2018 for Xbox One and Playstation 4.
