Geode expansion for Trove now available

June 27, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Geode, the latest expansion for Trion Worlds’ voxel MMO Trove, is now available and will take players to a brand new planet to explore plus introduces an all new Bomber Royale mode, think battle royale but with bombs.  You can see Geode’s story trailer below…

Geode is the next chapter in the Trove universe and takes players to an all new world where exploration becomes a priority over combat.  Through a series of story driven quests players will journey through a maze of tunnels and cave systems gathering rewards and a massive selection of weapons, costumes, mounts, wings and more.  With this new world comes new lifeforms and throughout the caves are eggs that can be turned into companions that will provide special benefits on their journey.

Alongside the world of Geode comes a new action packed competitive mode, Trove: Bomber Royale.  In this quirky and entertaining mode up to 20 players will lob bombs at each other destroying terrain and opponents.

Discover a new world filled with danger and adventure in Trove – Geode. Use special abilities to explore mysterious caverns, make friends with new races and new creatures, or just have a blast as you fight to be the last Trovian standing in the explosive new Bomber Royale mode.

Geode is available now on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.
