Thor’s old roommate Darryl Jacobson survived The Snap from Avengers: Infinity War

August 13, 2018 by Gary Collinson

With Thanos wiping out half of the Marvel Cinematic Universe at the conclusion of Avengers: Infinity War, the fate of many beloved supporting players in the MCU was left up in the air when the credits rolled on April’s superhero epic.

Directors Anthony and Joe Russo have already discussed whether a number of characters survived ‘The Snap’ – including the likes of Howard the Duck, Aunt May, Lady Sif and Betty Ross – and now fans of Thor’s former roommate Darryl Jacobson can breathe a sigh of relief.

Darryl – or rather actor Daley Pearson – has shared a video to Twitter to wish Thor (and Chris Hemsworth) a happy birthday, during which he reveals that he was spared by the Mad Titan, but he’s been having to work a lot of weekends lately as many of his colleagues weren’t so fortunate…

The last we saw of Darryl pre-Snap, he’d found himself a new roommate in Jeff Goldblum’s Grandmaster, who shacked up with Darryl after replying to a Craigslist ad following his expulsion from Sakaar.
