New update arrives for Fishing Strike

September 14, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Netmarble and Wemade Plus have announced several new update for their popular mobile game Fishing Strike.  These brand new updates will expand the hyper-realistic mobile fishing experience and feature a brand new zone to explore, lots more fish, a new boat and much more.

The new zone will take players to Indonesia which consists of 12 stages of fishing sites including Musi River, Sangiang and Natuna Islands.  This new zone introduces a whopping 104 brand new fish to catch and includes the Whale Shark, Green Turtle, Betta and many more.

The new Burning Squall boat will be available for players to explore the new zone in and for those who have reached level 85 there will also be 2 new equipment sets: the Iridium Hurricane Set and Iridium Surge Battle Set.  These new sets provide better stats and new fishing equipment plus new functional consumables that spawn more fishes and increase Nibble Chance and Fish Strength.

Casting has been enhanced and when players cast, the casting gauge fills up and the more accurate the cast the faster it fills.  This allows players to use the Enhanced Fish Finder which helps locate special fish.

Finally, the maximum level has been increased from 90 to 108 and the maximum angler level increased from 30 to 36.

Fishing Strike is available on Android and iOS devices.
