Sideshow and Star Ace present one of the most memorable and beloved characters in the Harry Potter series – Luna “looney” Lovegood! Based on the likeness of actress Evanna Lynch from the film, Luna’s wisdom is sometimes hidden behind her eccentric demeanor.
