Puzzler Roterra coming to the App Store next week

January 25, 2019 by Andrew Newton

DIG-IT! Games has announced that they will be releasing their puzzler Roterra on the App Store on 31st January.  Roterra has been inspired by a 16th century epic poem by Ludovico Ariosto called “Orlando Furioso” and will see players solving puzzles to save her land.

Roterra follows the story of Angelica, the rightful Queen of Roterra, who has lost her kingdom to her power hungry brother, Orlando.  Eager to retake what is rightfully hers, Angelica will need to solve a variety of puzzles and other hazards while avoiding the traitorous knights hot on her heels.

Players are tasked with guiding Angelica through a number of locations, including dense forests, dark caves, and giant castles by rotating or sliding the cubes that make up her world and even by flipping the world upside down.

Players will be able to switch between a number of different characters such as a good natured Yellow Knight and a Wizard to see the story from several perspectives.

The game features:

  • Challenging pathfinding puzzles of a world you can spin, rotate, turn, and slide.
  • Solve increasingly difficult challenges.
  • Experience a beautiful fairytale like environments.
  • Play as several quirky, charming characters by switching between them.
  • Uncover the truth as you make your way through each level.

Roterra will arrive on the App Store next week.
